We collect only the minimal data required to securely operate the platform and verify property listings:
Contact & Authentication Data: Mobile phone number (verified via OTP using MSG91), name, email address, and user profile role (Buyer, Seller, Builder, Dealer).
Property & Land Ownership Records: Title deeds, Jamabandi / Farad records, Khasra numbers, colony layout approvals, site plans, photos, and legal clearance documents voluntarily submitted for admin review.
Transactional & Payment Data: Order IDs, plan tier selections, payment status, and gateway transaction references processed securely via Razorpay and ICICI Bank. We never store credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
System & Usage Logs: IP address, browser type, device information, and interaction logs captured for rate-limiting, audit security, and abuse prevention.
3. Purpose of Data Processing

4. Storage & Document Security Vault
We treat legal property papers (Farad, Jamabandi, Sale Deeds) with enterprise-grade confidentiality. These sensitive files are stored in an isolated, non-public storage vault with restricted access.
Direct web URLs to confidential documents are blocked by server routing rules. Only authorized AASIYANA verification officers and the authenticated property owner can view uploaded legal documents.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share essential data with verified service partners:
MSG91: For telecom OTP generation and two-factor seller phone authentication.
Razorpay & ICICI Bank: For processing secure listing subscription fees and transaction clearance.
Hostinger Infrastructure: For hosting secure cloud server environments and encrypted database backups.
Law Enforcement / Government Authorities: Only when legally compelled by court orders or statutory notices under Indian law.
